"This note is long overdue. I wanted to thank you so very much for helping me successfully clear out my Mom’s home so it could be staged to sell after her untimely death.
It was clear at the beginning that I was completely overwhelmed. You took charge and knew immediately what to do. You quickly developed a plan and set it in motion. From ridding the home of the pest problem, to sorting the through the years of accumulated “stuff” that belonged to Mom, you made sense out of chaos and gave me piece of mind.
You helped me sort through the items that I wanted to keep, and quickly made decisions about what could be sold, donated to charity or simply thrown away. Without your expertise, empathy and understanding, I would have been at my wits end.
Again, I sincerely appreciate you efforts to help me clear out Mom’s belongings and get the house ready for sale. I highly recommend you to anyone in a similar situation. You provide outstanding service and value and are a joy to work with."

Note about this client's mother: Marcia was an accomplished photographer, having won awards at several juried shows, and a prolific poet. All these treasures were mixed in with the plastic shopping bags of old ribbon and wrapping paper. Marcia was one of my Mother’s good friends. Her perpetual good humor and optimism belied that her health and home had deteriorated to such an extent. Chip wanted to preserve the photo archives and poetry to publish in the future.
